The Agora Ginza Hotel is a welcome hotel for travellers sticking to a budget but wanting a great location and a reasonable room.
Rooms have the kind of features you expect from a nice hotel in Japan, (thinking a warm toilet seat with all the functions), slippers, jinbei (japanese pajamas), bottled water, smart tv and enough room to open your suitcase on the floor rather than on the bed (just).
The Agora is in a great location moments from the Kabuki theatre, a few streets from Tsukiji Tuna Market and only a street back from the main shopping district and the department stores (Matsuya, Mitsukoshi, Ginza 6).
Beds are good though we struggled to get a queen bed and had to settle either for two king singles or for two doubles.
On the ground floor there is complimentary drinks (various flavoured waters) and in the morning they also have coffee and a couple of pastries. On the 12th floor there is a small rooftop area for smokers to sit or if you wanted to take a drink up there (its a nice space though its small).
WORK OUT >
Yep, once again you guessed it, no gym facilities but there is a 24h Fitness AU gym right next door. Or you can run up to the imperial palace and join the Tokyo joggers on their morning slog around the moat.

EAT >
They do make coffee and offer a few pastries but most of the food options are in the many restaurants in the surrounding streets and there are lots and lots and lots of options to suit every taste and every price range.
CONCLUSION >
It is a great value hotel in an excellent location, not that fancy but very comfortable.
