In the residential streets of Nihonbashi you will find one of Tokyo’s nicest cafe’s, a great stop for breakfast or lunch. Next to a small park (Horidome) and children’s playground this cafe features stunning range of bread and pastries. Run by two Californian’s Kate & Jerry Jaksich, (Kate previously managed Tartine in San Francisco) you will find delicious (and sustainably made) coffee, delicious bread and home made ricotta and even a savoury porridge.
It is a cafe where the customers are smartly dressed and there are likely to be a few keyboard warriors sitting at one of the tables lingering over coffee.
Granola is served in quite a solid bloek with serious nuts, fruit and yoghurt not for those with delicate teeth but totally delicious. There are also a range of baked goods and of course bread!
