Common Well opened to provide ‘Melbourne Style’ coffee experience in Kyoto and they are doing just that (in a Japanese way) at a newly opened cafe Just down the road from the Nishiki Markets.
They serve long black, short black, flat whites, they even serve what’s referred to as a “magic”, (a double ristretto filled with an equal measure of steamed and frothed milk). We enjoyed an iced long black and a charcoal latte which was amazing.
They do food for breakfast lunch and dinner which includes burgers made of Japanese beef.
Breakfast: 7: 00 am until 9: 30 am
Lunch: 11: 00 am until 5: 00 pm
Dinner: 5: 00 pm until 10: 00 pm (Last orders taken at 9: 30pm)
